The PU12 HMS is a multifunctional, folding board that allows variable push-up training. The board is symmetrically divided into 2 halves. The PU12 contains 8 pairs of holes for placing the supplied supports. Each pair of holes allows training at a different angle, where a different muscle group is exercised, namely:
- placing the supports in the green holes will work your triceps during push-ups
- placing the supports in the yellow holes will work your back during push-ups
- placing the supports in the red holes will work your shoulders and chest muscles during push-ups
- placing the supports in the blue-shaded holes will work your chest muscles during push-ups
