The Home MFPUB is a multifunctional, folding board that allows variable push-up training. The board is symmetrically divided into 2 halves, where each part contains 5 pairs of holes for placing the supplied supports. Each pair of holes allows training at a different angle, exercising a different muscle group, namely:
- placing the supports in the green holes will work your triceps during push-ups
- placing the supports in the yellow holes will work your back during push-ups
- placing the supports in the red holes will work your shoulders and chest muscles during push-ups
The package also includes 2 rubber expanders, which can be attached with a carabiner to the four eyelets in the board. Thanks to the combination of the expander with the board, the lower limbs can also be engaged in training.
