The HMS HHW12 is a hoop with adjustable length, massage studs and a rotating weight.
The function of the HMS HHW12 hoop is very simple. The design consists of 28 identical parts that fit into each other. To close the hoop, you must use at least 14 pieces, which then create a circle with an inner diameter of 15 cm; if you connect all 28 pieces, the inner diameter will be 40 cm. The HHW12 model is suitable for waist circumferences from 46 to 125 cm. The individual parts are enclosed by a rail into which an anchor equipped with six wheels with ball bearings is inserted before closing. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable cord. The cord can be set to a length of 22 to 38 cm, and changing the length of the cord adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the cord, the "heavier" the weight will be.
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but at the same time does not fall over the hips. After setting the length, the hoop is secured using a connecting piece equipped with levers for operating the lock. Then we "throw" the weight in the direction in which we will rotate our hips, and we start the training. The HHW12 hoop is equipped on the inside with spring-loaded massage caps that dampen the vibrations of the moving anchor while pleasantly massaging the waist area. The intensity of the exercise is affected by the length of the cord and the speed at which we rotate our hips.
Regular use of the HMS HHW12 can slim the belly and waist, and hip twisting reduces fat tissue on the thighs and glutes. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
The individual hoop sections are made of quality PVC, the weights are coated with rubber and filled with sand.
