The HMS HHW11 PLUS SIZE is a hoop with an adjustable length, massage bumps and a rotating weight.
The function of the HMS HHW11 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 26 identical parts that fit into each other. To close the hoop, you must use at least 14 parts, which then create a circle with an inner diameter of 20 cm; if you connect all 26 parts, the inner diameter will be 42 cm. The HHW11 model is suitable for waist circumferences from 60 to 126 centimeters. The individual parts form a rail into which an anchor equipped with four wheels with ball bearings is inserted before closing. A weight of 300 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable cord. The cord can be set to a length of 20 to 30 centimeters, and changing the length of the cord adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the cord, the "heavier" the weight will be.
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but at the same time does not fall over the hips. After setting the length, the hoop is secured in place using a fastening equipped with levers for operating the lock. Then the weight is "thrown" in the direction in which we will rotate our hips, and we start exercising. The HHW11 hoop is equipped on the inside with massage plates that pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the training is affected by the length of the cord and the speed at which we rotate our hips.
Regular use of the HMS HHW11 hoop can slim the abdomen and waist, while hip twisting reduces the fatty tissue on the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
The individual parts of the hoop are made of quality ABS; the weight is coated with rubber and filled with sand.
