The HMS HHW02 is a hoop with an adjustable length, massage surfaces and a rotating weight.

The function of the HMS HHW02 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 24 identical parts that fit into each other. To close the hoop, you must use at least 14 parts, which then create a circle with an inner diameter of 20 cm; if you connect all 24 parts, the inner diameter will be 39 cm. The HHW02 model is suitable for waist circumferences from 60 to 118 centimeters. The individual parts are enclosed by a rail into which an anchor equipped with four wheels with ball bearings is inserted before closing. A weight of 300 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable cord. The cord can be set to a length of 20 to 30 centimeters, and changing the length of the cord adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the cord, the "heavier" the weight will be.

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but at the same time does not fall over the hips. Then we "throw" the load in the direction in which we are going to rotate our hips and start exercising. The HHW02 hoop is equipped on the inside with massage plates that pleasantly massage the waist area. Massaging the waist area supports blood flow and helps reduce fat tissue. The intensity of the exercise is affected by the length of the cord and the speed at which the hips rotate.
