The HMS HHM16 is a hoop with an adjustable circumference, magnetic massage lugs, rotating weights and a clear, easy-to-read counter.

Massage hoop construction

The construction consists of 16 identical parts that are connected with plastic connectors. To close the hoop, at least 10 parts must be used. The individual parts contain a rail into which, before closing, an anchor is inserted, which is equipped with four wheels with ball bearings. A weight of 300 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable strap. The strap can be set to a length from 20 to 38 cm and changing the strap length adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the strap, the "heavier" the weight.

Magnetic massage

Each HHM16 section is fitted on the inside with two massage studs containing a magnet. The studs pleasantly massage the waist area, increasing blood flow to the skin and disrupting and breaking down fat tissue. Negatively polarized magnets support blood circulation and thus positively affect metabolic function.

Use

The hoop length is adjusted according to your waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over your hips. The HHM16 is suitable for waist circumferences from 59 to 113 centimeters. After adjusting the length, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. Then the weight is "thrown" in the direction in which you will twist your hips, and you start exercising. The intensity of the training is affected by the speed at which you twist your hips.

A computer with a clear display and its functions

The large and easy-to-read LCD display located on the anchor device shows information about workout time, calories burned and twisting speed. The data can be used to control the workout and monitor fitness. The computer is powered by a battery that has sufficient capacity for up to 10 intense workouts. The battery is recharged via the USB-C connector above the display. For charging you can use, for example, a phone charger, a power bank or a laptop. The battery charge level is indicated by an indicator below the display.
