The HMS HHM15 is a hoop with an adjustable circumference, magnetic massage studs, a weight and a counter.

Massage hoop construction

The structure consists of 16 identical sections connected by plastic connectors. At least 12 sections must be used to close the hoop. The individual sections contain a rail into which, before closing, an anchor equipped with four wheels with ball bearings is inserted. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable strap. The strap length can be adjusted from 20 to 38 cm, and changing the strap length adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the strap, the "heavier" the weight will be.

Magnetic massage

Each HHM15 section is fitted on the inside with a massage stud containing a magnet. The studs pleasantly massage the waist area, increasing blood flow to the skin and disrupting and breaking down fat tissue. Negatively polarized magnets support blood circulation and thus positively affect metabolic function.

Use

The hoop length is adjusted according to your waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over your hips. The HHM15 is suitable for waist circumferences from 78 to 110 centimeters. After adjusting the length, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. Then the weight is "thrown" in the direction in which you will twist your hips, and you start exercising. The intensity of the training is affected by the speed at which you twist your hips.

Computer with LCD display and its functions

The LCD display located on the anchor shows information about workout time, calories burned, the number of rotations and rotation speed. The data can be used to monitor your training and fitness. The computer is powered by a built-in button battery.
