The HMS HHM13 is a hoop with an adjustable circumference, massage bumps, a magnetic massage block with a rotational weight and a transparent counter.

The structure consists of 12 identical sections and one section with magnets, which connect to each other. At least 9 sections are needed to close the hoop. The individual sections are closed by a rail into which, before closing, an anchor equipped with four wheels with ball bearings is inserted. A weight of 380 (+- 20) grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable strap. The strap can be adjusted to a length of 15 - 30 cm, and changing the strap length adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the strap, the "heavier" the weight.

Classic and magnetic massage

Each of the HHM13 sections is fitted on the inside with a spring-loaded massage cap; these sections absorb vibrations from the rotating weight while pleasantly massaging the waist area. The massage increases blood flow to the skin, stimulates the lymphatic system, and disrupts and breaks down fat tissue. Section 13 is also equipped with 8 negatively polarized magnets which, when involved in the massage, direct blood circulation and the lymphatic system, thereby speeding up metabolism.

Use

The hoop length is adjusted according to your waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over your hips. The HHM13 is suitable for waist circumferences from 60 to 96 centimeters. After adjusting the length, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. Then the weight is "thrown" in the direction in which you will twist your hips, and you start exercising. The intensity of the training is affected by the speed at which you twist your hips and the length of the cord to which the weight is attached.

The computer and its functions

The LCD display located on the anchor shows information about workout time, calories burned, the total number of weight rotations and rotation speed. The data can be used to monitor your training and physical condition. The computer is powered by a built-in button battery.
