The HMS HHM13 is a hula hoop with an adjustable circumference, massage bumps, a magnetic massage block, a rotating weight and a clear counter.

Massage hula hoop construction

The construction consists of 12 identical parts and one part with magnets, which connect together. To close the hoop, at least 9 parts must be used. The individual parts conceal a rail into which, before closing, an anchor is inserted, which is fitted with four wheels with ball bearings. A weight of 380 (+- 20) grams is connected to the anchor using a length-adjustable strap. The cord can be set to a length of 15 - 30 centimeters; changing the cord length adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the cord, the "heavier" the weight will be.

Classic and magnetic massage

Each of the HHM13 parts is equipped on the inner side with a massage cap fitted with a spring; these parts absorb vibrations from the rotating weight and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The massage improves skin blood circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system and leads to the disruption and breakdown of fat tissue. The 13. part is additionally fitted with 8 negatively polarized magnets which, when involved in the massage, direct blood circulation and the lymphatic system, thus accelerating metabolism.

Usage

The length of the hoop is set according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough, but at the same time does not fall over the hips. The HHM13 model is suitable for a waist circumference from 60 to 96 centimeters. After setting the length, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we will rotate our hips and we start the training. The intensity of the training is affected by the speed at which we rotate our hips and the length of the cord to which the weight is attached.

The computer and its functions

The LCD display located on the anchor shows information about training time, the number of calories burned, the total number of weight rotations and the rotation speed. The data can be used for checking training and for tracking fitness. The computer is powered by a built-in button battery.
