The FH02 is a hoop with an adjustable length, massage bumps and a rotating weight.
The function of the FH02 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 13 identical parts that fit into each other. At least 11 parts must be used to close the hoop. The FH02 model is suitable for a waist circumference from 50 to 95 centimeters. The individual parts contain a rail into which an anchor equipped with four wheels with ball bearings is inserted before closing. The counter display shows the number of revolutions of the anchor around the hoop. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor.
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but at the same time does not fall over the hips. After setting the length, the hoop is closed. Then the weight is "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to rotate our hips and start the exercise. The FH02 hoop is equipped on the inside with massage bumps that dampen vibrations from the moving anchor while pleasantly massaging the waist area. The intensity of the training is affected by the speed at which we rotate our hips.
Regular use of the FH02 can slim the belly and waist, and hip twisting reduces fat tissue on the thighs and glutes. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
The individual hoop sections are made of quality PVC and ABS.
