The HMS ZM1901 rowing machine features quiet operation, easy handling and the option of folding the rail.
The load system consists of a winch with a cable, which returns using a strong spring, assisted by a rubber cord led inside the rail on which the seat moves. The load adjustment itself is done in 8 levels using a mechanical selector, which changes the distance between the magnet and the 8-kilogram flywheel, which is coupled with the winch. This system is maintenance-free and quiet.
All data for the necessary training evaluation is shown on the LCD display with dimensions of 77 x 43 millimeters. The computer measures the training time, distance, number of pulls and, after connecting a telemetric belt (not included with the product), calories burned and heart rate. Using the "MODE" button, you can browse between the individual data, or you can choose the "Scan" function, which successively shows all measured values in short intervals.
The ZM1901 model is equipped with a comfortable seat for comfortable training in classic rowing. In the front part of the trainer there are pedals, with which you can use the trainer for standing training, when you strengthen mainly the biceps by pulling the rope.
The trainer's stabilizer is fitted with transport wheels for easy moving of the machine. For really easy storage, the trainer's rail can be raised to an almost vertical position, saving about 2/3 of the occupied space.
Training on a rowing machine itself engages up to 84% of muscle groups in the movement and ranks as cardio training - it also strengthens the cardiovascular system.
