The HMS UWN070 is a special platform which, together with the stops, is attached to the CYKLOP 2 multipress. It is an optional accessory.
The platform mounts on a bar and thanks to it, it is possible to perform a leg press with the legs up while lying on a mat. Installation is very simple and additional safety stops guarantee safety. Thanks to the position the body is in when performing the exercise, not only the quadriceps but also the gluteal muscles are engaged. In this exercise, the gluteal muscle stretches strongly during the movement, which affects effectiveness. The greater the range of motion and the more the muscle stretches, the better the training results.
The HMS UWN070 will certainly enrich the leg muscle training performed on the CYKLOP 2 multipress.
