The adjustable HMS Premium LS3061 bench with a bicep rest and leg extension.
The backrest is adjustable to 7 positions and the seat to 3 positions; in the horizontal position you can perform most dumbbell exercises, leg extensions and leg curls; if the backrest and seat are set to a negative angle, we get an incline bench for abdominal strengthening; for this purpose, the leg extension frame can also be fixed at 3 angles; the backrest at a positive angle serves as a bench for a barbell or as a bench for strengthening the biceps.
The preacher curl pad can be height-adjusted to 4 positions with a shift of 4 cm, or it can be fully extended.
The rests are made of a thick board with a high layer of foam for maximum comfort during training. The carbon-look synthetic leather upholstery is sweat-resistant and also prevents "slipping" during training.
The foam rollers are made of EVA material for high comfort and durability.
The weight pin is 18 centimeters long and has a diameter of 25 millimeters, which allows using regular and Olympic plates (weights are not included).
The stabilizers are fitted with screw-in feet for leveling the bench even on an uneven surface. If the surface is flat, the feet are in the air and the bench rests on the stabilizers themselves. For easy moving of the bench, one stabilizer is fitted with transport wheels.
