The DBX BUSHIDO AB-1 is an anchor (weight) for additional stabilization of a punching bag or a reflex speed bag; it is used in specific punching bag training when bag movement is not desired and also where an anchor eye cannot be in the floor.
The weight is filled with sand and reaches a weight of up to 20 kg. If 20 kg wasn't enough, the sand can be replaced, for example, with barbell plates with a diameter of up to 35 cm. The anchor is attached to the bag using the supplied expander, which is attached to the bottom eye, which all DBX BUSHIDO punching bags are fitted with. The anchor's material is reinforced Rexion synthetic leather, which is used on premium punching bags. Rexion features high durability, firmness and a long lifespan. The mounting eye is attached using straps with a load capacity of up to 400 kg.
The anchor's diameter is 40 cm, so it doesn't exceed the punching bag's dimensions and doesn't get in the way during training.
