The HMS SR80 is an adjustable single-hand dumbbell. The set contains a shaft, 10 plates and a stand. This device is the ideal solution for exercising at home, but it can also be used successfully in a gym, where it replaces a whole rack of traditional dumbbells.
Thanks to the innovative plate mounting system, the load can be changed very quickly and easily during training. Unlike traditional dumbbells, with the SR80 there's no need to unscrew and reattach with every plate change. Just place the dumbbell on the stand and set the required load using two rotary knobs. After lifting the dumbbell again, the plates corresponding to the chosen setting will be on the shaft.
