Pull-up Bar HMS PREMIUM DD10

The DD10 from HMS is a solid and universal pull-up bar that can be mounted on both the wall and the ceiling. This makes it the ideal choice for any home gym – it offers wide training possibilities while saving space.

The bar is designed primarily for pull-ups, one of the most effective exercises for the latissimus dorsi, which forms the basis of a strong and wide back. This exercise also significantly engages the biceps, strengthening the entire upper body.

The DD10 allows grip changes thanks to the added handles – you can perform pull-ups with an overhand, underhand and neutral grip. In addition, it has adjustable handle spacing (5 positions), which allows training at different angles and leads to symmetrical muscle development.

A secure grip and stability

The handles are coated with non-slip rubber, which ensures a firm and secure grip – key for safe and comfortable pull-ups.

The construction is extremely stable – 6 mounting holes with a diameter of 11 mm allow firm attachment to a wall or ceiling.

A punching bag mount – 2 in 1

The pull-up bar includes a punching bag holder, so one product serves for two types of training.

The mount is made of 3 mm steel sheet and can handle even intensive use.
