HMS LS7206 multifunctional barbell bench

The HMS LS7206 is the ideal device for a home gym. The product combines a variable exercise bench, a barbell rack, a Scott bench, leg extension, leg curl, an overhead pulley and a plate rack.

Quality of workmanship

The bench's frame is made of steel profiles with a diameter of 7,5 cm, which ensure maximum safety and stability during exercise. The bench is wide and upholstered with soft eco-leather, which makes exercising on it comfortable. The leg extension/curl adapter is fitted with foam rollers, which eliminate the risk of chafing during exercise. The LS7206 workout bench also has an incredibly easy-to-use bench incline change system, which lets you change the setting in an instant.

Functionality and variability

The wide variability of the HMS LS7206 exercise bench allows precise adjustment of the working position to suit every build. The backrest can be set to 4 positions in a range from -10° to 40°. The seat can be set to 4 positions. The barbell stands and the Scott bench can be height-adjusted to 4 positions. Countless exercises can be trained on the bench, such as the bench press, overhead squats, push-ups, kicks and overhead lunges, etc... You can thus train most muscle groups from the chest through the back, shoulders, biceps, triceps and abdominal muscles to the legs.
