The HMS EXB02 is a set of two ankle belts and 4 pieces of rubber cords; the load is adjusted using their combinations. The EXB02 set is used, for example, during punch training with a sparring partner when dodging is needed; the expander attached to the ankles strengthens the leg muscles, improves stability and also helps build a firmer stance, in which the punch has more energy.
The individual expanders can also be used as an alternative to resistance bands with lengths of 40 and 45 centimeters.
