The HMS UCG01 is a plate with a multi-axis joint, which ends in a holder for an Olympic bar (or a bar with a diameter of up to 28 mm) and an eye for threading a training rope. After inserting the bar into the holder, we get a so-called "T-Bar", with which we can perform exercises such as presses and rows in a kneeling position, standing, or straddled in a forward bend. The free end of the shaft is used to set the desired weight using plates. The individual exercises are then performed using the bar itself, or with a special adapter.
The "T-Bar", "Landmine", or mine is becoming increasingly popular and used during functional training. The double joint allows movement across the surface of a hemisphere, giving the training unprecedented freedom and variability.
Assembly is done using the supplied screws. The board is ideally placed in a corner and attached to the floor using the supplied anchors.
