The MFT-A004 DIP adapter is an expansion element of the modular system, the so-called Monkey Rigs, from the manufacturer MARBO Sport.
Monkey Rigs is a very cleverly designed modular system for any gym. Thanks to the wide number of components and accessories, you can adapt it exactly to your needs, whether you are into fitness, strength training, functional training, cardio, or just want to expand the training options in your home gym. Installation is done either into the wall or as a free-standing "cage" into the floor.
The MFT-A004 DIP adapter is a great aid for dip training. Thanks to the "V" shape, every exerciser will find a suitable position for themselves (the distance between the supports increases away from the center). Installation is done by inserting the pin into the upright and folding the entire adapter down, which fixes it. This method is maximally safe and allows quick relocation or removal of the adapter.
