The DBX BUSHIDO Reflex Bag is the name of a platform for training kicks and punches in boxing and kickboxing.
The upper, inflated speed bag is positioned at head height. The attachment to the post is made with a spring, which absorbs punches and ensures a quick return of the bag to its starting position. This "target" is used for practicing fist punches.
The lower foam roller is used for training low kicks.
The entire platform is finished with a base that holds 50 liters of water or 80 kilograms of sand, and is additionally equipped with suction cups on the underside, so if the platform is placed on a smooth floor, it is almost impossible to tip it over. The middle section is then extendable and the upper speed bag is thus height-adjustable from 140 to 180 cm.
