The DBX BUSHIDO Kick Boxing Bar is the name of a platform for training kicks and punches in boxing and kickboxing.
The upper, inflated speed bag is positioned at head height. The attachment to the pole is formed by a spring, which absorbs punches and ensures a quick return of the bag to its starting position. This "target" is used for practicing fist punches.
The rotating baton under the top speed bag is set in a sliding sleeve for smooth movement, is located at shoulder height and is designed for practicing dodging and escapes. The construction consists of a steel bar with a foam sleeve to increase training comfort.
Under the baton, a blown speed bag is placed at shoulder height. This "target" works well with the baton, which can be spun and, between individual rotations, the exerciser strikes the speed bag.
The lower foam roller is used for training low kicks.
The entire platform is finished with a base that holds 50 liters of water or 80 kg of sand, and has suction cups on the underside, so if the platform is placed on a smooth floor, it is almost impossible to tip it over. The middle section is then extendable and the upper speed bag is thus height-adjustable from 150 to 210 cm.
