The HMS Premium SW2100 exercise bike is specially designed for indoor cycling.
This is a very simple and effective form of aerobic training, with minimal possibility of injury and maximum effectiveness. During an hour of exercise you burn up to 1000 calories, which is a truly amazing result considering the simplicity of preparation!
Thanks to the large number of calories burned, you will have no problem quickly reaching your desired fitness level during regular workouts. Age or physical ability doesn't matter, because preparation is not complicated. Cycling doesn't strain the joints as much as running or aerobics, which is why this technique is also suitable for people who are overweight or have joint problems.
The load wheel weighs 20 kilograms. The resistance is generated by a press brake, which is smoothly adjustable using a mechanical regulator under the handlebars. For maximum comfort during training, the handlebars are fitted with elbow rests and the saddle is ergonomically shaped with a ventilation opening. Both the handlebars and the saddle are adjustable in the vertical and horizontal directions. The steel pedals are fitted with classic cages with an adjustable strap, which ensure a firm foot position. The computer's large and clear display shows all data clearly one below the other, so it's no longer necessary to click through the individual values. In addition, the PC has a Bluetooth interface for connection with a mobile app, in which you can track your workouts and progress. The console on the handlebars allows placing a mobile phone or tablet and up to two bottles.
