The NILS NRS005 is a set for playing crossminton (also known as speed badminton or speedminton), which contains 2 rackets, 3 speeders, 1 foam ball, 8 markers for marking the playing area and a cover.
Crossminton is a relatively young sport that combines tennis, squash and badminton. The court consists of two squares with a side of 5,5 meters, which are 12,8 meters apart, and the game is played without a net. The shape of the rackets resembles squash rackets; the balls are called speeders and are similar to badminton shuttlecocks, but have a greater weight for greater speed and flight stability. Crossminton is a fast game that can also be played in windy weather.
The rackets fit perfectly in the palm and, thanks to good balance and firm stringing, guarantee high-speed play. The foam ball included in the package is intended for slower play, for example by the water.
