The Venum T-shaped punching bag is an innovative product, which boasts a unique "T" shape, or an inverted bottle. The punching bag has an original shape, which is rarely seen in boxing gyms.

The difference in diameter between the upper and lower part lets you clearly separate punches, which is ideal for varying different punch sequences. The separation of the two sections was designed specially for vertically oriented punches, such as "uppercuts", "high kicks", "flying knees" and "elbows".

The central curvature is used to optimize striking transitions, a tool that helps you shape your style by alternating punches to encourage "zone-head-shape" work in a fight situation against an opponent.

Its a high-quality PU coating (intensively tested for 18 months around the world in Venum Training Camps) guarantees durability while preventing micro-tears or friction on the outside of the pouches. Filled exclusively with waste cotton, the filling is evenly distributed along the entire length of the bag, allowing an ultra-firm, yet still slightly cushioned interior for punch impacts.

The top suspension straps don't make any noise, so there's less audible distraction.
