The HMS BE4540 trainer is a treadmill falling into category H and is therefore suitable for households.
The running surface measuring 40 x 120 cm is placed on a structure that is cushioned from the main frame by 8 rubber rollers. The cushioning system ensures comfort during training and significantly reduces the strain on the joints.
The belt's speed is smoothly adjustable in a range of 0,8 - 12 km/h. The BE4540 treadmill is thus suitable both for complete beginners and advanced runners.
The control console is equipped with 2 handles for a quick grip, space for putting down a bottle, a stand for a mobile phone or tablet, a keypad, a monitor, a 3,5 mm input for listening to music and 2 speakers.
The keypad is equipped with Start / Stop, Program and Mode buttons, a pair of buttons for changing the volume of the music being played and a pair of buttons for changing the belt movement speed.
The BE4540 trainer's computer is equipped with an LCD monitor, which shows all information (training time, speed, distance, calories burned). For training, 12 fixed and 1 user-defined program are available.
The construction includes a massage head for attaching a massage belt for back relaxation and foot stops for doing sit-ups. In the package we also find a rattan stick and 2 pcs of 1 kg dumbbells.
